Government has eviscerated my power as a Dad

My feeling is the government eviscerated my power as a Dad so they have taken on some of the responsibility. Agree or disagree?

There are people who have taken this idea to the extreme and everywhere in-between. It is an interesting concept. On some level I feel this way but it only validates what the government has done.

We must resist this temptation. The government has taken that which is not theirs. They will not and can not do as good a job as the real parents.

Stay out of my family. Allow me to make the decisions for my family, for my son and my daughter. The government is responsible for their actions and we should call them on it. We are also responsible for our lack of action.
